Just OK…

The universal remote control works ok to tune channels up or down, or choose a specific channel, but will not power the radio on or off. Seems like that should be a basic requirement of any remote control. Only just ok…

When using the SiriusXM radio on a boombox the remote has limited features due to the firmware change when the radio is docked into the boombox. We recommend to purchase the boombox remote for use when the radio is docked in the boombox. This will allow for all features to be used.

While the people were awesome the email notification system is lacking. I didn't receive a shipping notice until I called and asked about it and received the shipment on the same day I called about it. Go figure. Like I said the people and response was awesome. Yes I will use them again if needed.

Nearly impossible to open battery compartment

Remote works well but hope the battery lasts a long time because I have not been able to get battery compartment open. I am using a paper clip to press in the hole to release but no luck. Why make it so hard?

We recommend to use a quarter and push down and back on the battery cover to remove it. Once the battery cover is off you can use a small flat head screw driver to remove the old battery.
